Information we collect
Business details (LLC name, document number, principal and mailing addresses), contact details for you and your authorized representatives (name, email, phone), information needed to prepare state filings (officers, managers or members), documents we receive on your behalf as registered agent, and basic website usage data.
How we use it
To act as your registered agent, forward service of process and official notices, prepare and file your Florida annual report and other filings you request, send deadline reminders, provide support in English or Spanish, process payments, and meet legal obligations. Information in state filings becomes public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the Florida Department of State as needed for filings, with service providers that help us operate (such as payment processing, email and hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
