Services
We provide Florida registered agent service and, depending on your plan, preparation and filing of your Florida annual report and other filings you request. We serve Florida entities only.
Fees
Service fees are shown on our pricing page and are billed annually. Fees do not include state fees. Florida charges $138.75 for an LLC annual report, plus a $400 late fee after May 1; these are paid in addition to our fee.
Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation
- Introductory rate. Registered Agent + Annual Report Filing (Florida) is $159 for the first year, a promotional introductory rate. State fees are extra.
- Renewal rate. After the first year, the service renews at $199 per year.
- Automatic renewal. The service is billed as a yearly subscription that renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- How to cancel. You can cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support at agentservices@registeredagentsplus.com.
- When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your service continues until then.
- No partial refunds. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
- Price changes. We will notify you of any price change in advance, for example by email before your next renewal.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and no refunds are given for partial periods.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate, complete information, keep your contact details current, review filings before submission when asked, and respond promptly to documents and notices we forward. We are not responsible for penalties caused by inaccurate information or late responses.

Termination
Either party may end the service with written notice. If we stop serving as your registered agent, you must appoint a new agent with the State of Florida; we may file a resignation as permitted by Florida law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue: Pinellas County, Florida.
